I've got four videos hosted in Wistia that were produced elsewhere in my organization and sent to me to be included in an interactive piece. The maximize button doesn't seem to work very well. If under video settings in Storyline I select 'Show video in slide' from the 'Show Video:' drop down menu then the maximize button does not appear in the final published output but I do have access to the video controls (pause, volume, CC, video quality). If I select 'Show Video: In new browser window' from the drop down then the published output gives me a maximization button but the result of clicking it are the same as clicking the video play button - it opens in a new tab and the video controls are not accessible. Has anyone come across this? Is there a way to fix it?
How are you inserting the video from Wistia? Are you inserting as a Web object into Storyline? That should display the video as you see it on Wistia, versus inserting as a video from a website and using the Storyline controls.
