There are some bugs, but most bugs affect a small number of users, so you might never encounter them in your work. You might just have to try out the program to see if it does everything you need it to do.
Thank you for sharing the above! Yes, I have downloaded the trial but did not use it enough to experience what AS3 has to offer. Therefore, it has been a question to my team and I on whether to upgrade AS2 to AS3. Will take the time to go through the discussions about existing bugs as per advised.

You might search the forums for problems with HTML5. It seems that truly functional HTML5 output is still some time in the future.
