I am not sure I am clear on exactly what you want to achieve with the TAB button. However, here's a few things that may help.. if you're looking to control the Tab Order (the order in which items are highlighted in yellow when you hit the Tab button on a slide), you can do so by following these instructions:
If you're looking to set up a trigger that will make something happen when you click the Tab button, that can be done as well. Here's an example of a trigger that makes Storyline jump to the next slide when the tab key is pressed on the keyboard:

Hope this helps!
Thanks for your reply but this is not exactly what I want to do
I need to do the following:
Assume we have a slide contains 3 buttons
When I click first tab the first button is selected and if I clicked Enter, action will be jump to slide01
When I click tab twice, the second button is selected and if I clicked Enter, action will be jump to slide02
When I click tab for the third time, the third button is selected and if I clicked Enter, action will be jump to slide03
Yes, you can do that using the trigger mentioned above, except the Key: pressed will be "Enter" instead of Tab.
With this in place, they press tab, that brings them to the first button, then they press Enter and it jumps to the next slide.
I did it and it works fine in preview but when publishing to CD, not all tabs are working
and when publishing to web, the html file is not working in chrome
I am using SL3 update 3.1.12115.0
