I want to use Javascript to report the score of one of two quizzes that a user can take, since Storyline does not allow for this. If the user takes Test 1, I will report variable1 and if the user takes Test 2, I want to report variable2. Which result variable(s) should I send to the LMS?

The results slide includes the following Results variables:
%Results.ScorePercent%
%Results.ScorePoints%
%Results.PassPercent%
%Results.PassPoints%
You'll want to include indication of the actual users score and what the passing requirement is, unless the latter is determined by your LMS.
