What's happened to my thumbnail?

I've just realised that the thumbnail for my recently submitted demo is missing the thumbnail leaving this ugly start screen. I've checked that I've published the correct thumbnail and that it's in the proper place in the story_content folder. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for sharing what you're seeing along with the link to your demo (very neat, by the way!). 

When I view the content in Chrome 79, I also see the play button. This is due to a change in the way that Chrome handles media autoplay, where it restricts media from automatically playing in most cases. This article covers the details of the change.

Thanks Katie and New Year's greetings also. I'm glad you liked the demo.

I didn't think that it might be the audio clip potentially causing the problem so thanks for the reminder of the Google change. However, I'm getting the problem in Firefox and I'm using the latest Storyline 360 update. I'll experiment (when I sober up from the New Year's festivities!) to see if there's anything I can use from the article to resolve the issue.
