What would make a user mark as "complete" when 99% of users are going through as "passed"? Mar 06, 2018 By David Rushton Hi, I have an odd situation. Does anyone know what would cause 1% of my users to mark as "complete" when taking a course when 99% of my users are going through as intended to either "Passed" or "Failed"?

I've got a few questions to start: Can I confirm what version of Storyline you're using? Did you publish the course to your LMS? If so, I like to use SCORM Cloud to test LMS issues. Do you see a pattern among the 1% of learners? Such as a browser or whether they're viewing HTML5 or Flash output? Are you able to share your .story file with our Support Engineers?
