When does a Web Object get re-loaded?

I have a storyline file that has been published and then called into another SL file as a Lightbox. (This is so that I can receive signed off, approved content from another developer to appear in my programme.)
The 'inbound' SL file is inserted in the main file using a WEB OBJECT.
If the inbound file is updated and re-published to its original destination, the main file does not seem to re-load the web object.
Does this mean that I have to delete and re-insert the web object every time it is updated? This will not be easy to keep track of, as there are potentially 25 different web objects in this programme.
My web object is set to Load Automatically.
Would appreciate any insights.

The web object is stored in the storyline file when you first insert it, you need to delete and rename or right click edit (the location needs to be new or it will not refresh the content)
Thanks Phil - I suspected as much! Now I have to find a way to track the changed content.
