I have created the course in Articulate Storyline 2 Update 4 as well as update 5, I am facing same issue. When I replay any slide the audio of the slide does not play, but when I click on the slider the audio start to play.
Is this the issue with updates or is this issue known to articulate storyline team and are working on the same.

I am uploading the file, it is too heavy so it is taking time to upload. One more thing, this is happening majorly on those frames where multiple layers are used. We found that after the flash update 16, we are facing these type of issues with the output of storyline.
You could just duplicate the project and remove the slides except the one that is having the issue. This would lower the files size and just give us the one you want us to look at.
