We are having trouble hearing narration on our LMS. We can hear the narration in Ariculate preaview, but when the course is uploaded to our LMS, the menu is not there, the narration is gone, and our videos will not play even though we loaded them through articulate.
What Articulate tool are you authoring with - Rise, Storyline or Studio?
You'll want to make sure you've exported for LMS and the correct LMS settings for your environment. Once you've done that, the entire contents of the zip folder need to be uploaded and you'll want to view in one of the supported browsers detailed here.
Also, I'd suggest testing it in another environment such as SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves outside your LMS.
