When I publish slides with MP4 videos the sound get smashed . Why ? - the videoes appears okay and can be heard and seen in the preview in Story Line 2 - but when they publish them, Storyline smash the sound ?
Hi, Jens -- Sorry to hear you are having this issue! Can you please confirm that you are working locally? If you happen to be working from a network drive, you may experience odd behavior or corruption of your file.
Can you also please confirm that you are testing your published output in the intended environment, as described here? As noted in the article, if you view your course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
If you continue to have issues, please share your file and we will be happy to do some testing for you. :)
