I created a quiz, and at the end, in the Results Slide, I added the triggers detailed in the image I attach to this discussion. All appeared to work well, I could take the quiz, select my answers and the final result is shown at the end. If the user doesn't meet the required score, my slide layer triggers work perfectly and the restart button appears clickable. It takes you to the beginning of the quiz, and there's where the problem begins. None of the multiple choice options are clickable. Only the submit answer button works.
My guess is that the problem lies in the number of attempts ascribed to each question slide, but it's disabled the moment I disable the feedback per question option. I attach image reference as well.
Hope someone can help me with this, any help is highly appreciated!
Karim, I am not seeing a reset results option in your triggers. To retake a quiz, the results have to be reset, otherwise you are just going back and reviewing. Unless I am missing seeing that trigger in your screen shot.
I added a reset results trigger, but on my slide layer for the first failure. I added in that layer the retry button and to that button i inserted the reset results for the result slide. I attach the image for reference.
Can you spot any mistake? I appreciate your review.

The trigger order matters, I believe if you move the reset results to above the jump to slide it should work.
That completely solved my problem, thank you so much Randy!
