When inserting my storyline story in Rise, I cannot put medium/full wide size without loosing part of the animation

Mar 28, 2019

Hi all,

So I've been trying to fix this issue for the last hour and it's driving me crazy! I've created a simulation exercise and inserted boxes on each slide to tell the user where they have to click. The boxes are not the hints (i deleted those ones), I added them myself.

Then I publish it on Rise. When I look at the exercise in Review, it works perfectly. Then I insert the exercise into one of my rise course and want to choose the medium size option (as small is too small) and there the image becomes too extended, but mostly the boxes disappeared. When I revert back to small size, I can see them again.. but as I mentioned I want it to be medium size.

I've never had that issue before, and hence don't know why this problem is occurring.

I would appreciate your help very much

Thank you in advance

Hello, Powered by Share PLM! Are you seeing this problem happen in Chrome?

We were seeing issues where slide objects would disappear in Chrome, and we've since released an enhancement in Storyline to prevent that from happening.

Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.26.18364.0 in the bottom-right corner.

If you find you need to update your software, follow these steps, then republish your file.

Let me know how it goes!
