My team and I are experiencing blockers. I hope you could assist us. When I preview my work it seems fine but once Published my lines are not showing up and my layer links are not working, when i pressed the back button it leads to a black screen.
Hi there, Daphne. Just to start with the basics, how are you viewing your published output? This article on publishing and sharing your projects will let you know that if you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
So if you publish, and then try to launch the course from within the published output folder on your C: drive, your course might not fully work. You'd want to host it on the web, if it were published for web; on an LMS (or SCORM Cloud for testing) if published for LMS, etc.
