Anyone heard anything about the next update? There seem to be a few bugs and problems that need to be squashed. I haven't run into the memory issue yet, but I'm hoping there will be a fix rather than me having to deal with it.
Any got rumors to share? Any other fixes / improvements that will be included? I'm hoping for better Copy / Paste format and an easier way to copy and paste triggers and layers between slides.
We are hard at work on some exciting new things which we are looking forward to sharing with the world, just not right now. If you would like to be the first to know about updates and product releases, I would encourage you to subscribe to Gabe Anderson's blog. You can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook. If you would like to be added to a list of potential beta testers, let me know and I'll be happy to add you to the list. We cannot offer a time frame for any feature enhancements or future release dates.
Also, for the copy and paste feature you mentioned, you might want to submit a feature request for this, if you haven't already.
I'm not super familiar with Articulates development style - do you guys do smaller hot fixes and patches or do you usually do big updates and release i.e. will this next patch be Storyline 2.0 or 1.2?
Thanks for the reply - yes I'm having a good day and about to release a new security awareness course built with storyline that is already generating lots of buzz and most importantly, pre-sales $
1.1 released a few months back. In my experience, the folks at Articulate release patches periodically to address performance issues and occasionally add a hot new feature or two. That's the way it worked with Articulate Presenter (2009 is the latest version if that's an indicator).

Hah, so, don't expect anything anytime soon then.
Haha. I wouldn't say that They patched Presenter plenty in the years since.
