Hi, when is it best to use a new scenes rather than new slides? For example, I have built a module which is one scene (20 slides) long right now. There will be a quiz at the end of the module, should I build this as a separate scene or just add on as slides at the end?
I think its personal preference. I use scenes to chunk the content in my module so its easier to see in storyview, and it's shorter to preview a scene with 5 slides than a scene with 25 slides.
I tend to put lightbox, resource, navigation, and quiz slides into a separate scene.
I agree with Wendy, it's a personal preference but I like chunking it up into short scenes as much as possible. I think it almost always makes sense to keep quiz slides in their own scene unless you are just interspersing quizzing elements throughout a module rather than a proper quiz at the end.

Thanks, I will create a new scene for my quiz that makes sense.
Glad that you were able to get some assistance here Kelly.
