When using the Modern Player experiencing lagging and strange lines appearing on iPad

• What iOS version are you running on the iPad? (Here's how to find that detail!)
• Is the course hosted on a web server or a learning management system?
• Do you experience the lag and lines on desktop as well?

My iPad is running IOS 12.4.5 version

Our course is uploaded to the program Rustici SCORM cloud to view.

The only time I experience lagging and lines is when viewing on the iPad. It works fine on laptop.

There is apparently things different from the Modern player to the Classic player. This problem seems to only occur when using the modern player.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble uploading your file. May I ask which web browser you are using?

Thank you for letting me know! Could I have you try uploading the file in using Google Chrome or Firefox? That should help with the snag you are seeing.
