I use the modern player but having issues when viewing courses on the IPad with lagging animation and lines showing up where there are no lines. Has anyone else experienced this problem and came up with a solution.
Would you be willing to share one of the project files with me for testing? You can share it privately by using this upload link. I'll test the output in a similar environment and delete it after!
Thank you for letting me know! Could I have you try uploading the file in using Google Chrome or Firefox? That should help with the snag you are seeing.
Please let us know if you continue to run into any roadblocks here!

Hi there, Diana!
I'm happy to help you troubleshoot and find solutions! A few questions to help us explore further:
My iPad is running IOS 12.4.5 version
Our course is uploaded to the program Rustici SCORM cloud to view.
The only time I experience lagging and lines is when viewing on the iPad. It works fine on laptop.
There is apparently things different from the Modern player to the Classic player. This problem seems to only occur when using the modern player.
Thank you for your assistance,

Yes, I will send the file for your review. I probably won’t get to it today but should tomorrow.
Thank you,

I have tried twice to upload the storyline file, but it will not load. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Hi Diana,
Oh no! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble uploading your file. May I ask which web browser you are using?
It looks like it is using IE.
