I don't have Storyline 360 yet, but I have seen the mobile player, which I find much more refined than the Articulate desktop player. Rumor was the mobile player would make it to desktop as well. Has that happened yet, and if not, when?
During the beta several testers praised the superior look/feel of the mobile player and wished the desktop player looked the same. At the time someone from the Articulate team stated that interface would make it over to the desktop player as well. Just wondering if this is still on the roadmap.
Thanks for clarifying - I know Leslie and I chatted about this yesterday and I think both having a "holiday brain" moment. :) The unified player (meaning the same on mobile vs. desktop, etc.) is something that our team is discussing as a part of the roadmap - but we just don't have an ETA on that yet. We'll keep you posted!
The mobile player is a great way of allowing download of content whilst still providing some protection over the IPR and files and I wonder if there were any plans to offer a similar ability app for desktops. This would allow users to download a course to their desktop for viewing and hopefully minimise the ability for them to copy, share, distribute or even go into the files and copy images or videos. Is there a way or are there any plans to support such a feature in the future?

Hey Chris - I assume you are asking about the Responsive Player? This is for viewing on tablets and smartphones.
The standard player is used when viewing courses on desktop and laptop computers.
I am not aware of any plans to extend this implementation at this time.

Hope it's soon. The desktop player is really looking dated but the mobile player is so nice and clean. :D

Hi Gary,
We're looking at a feature that would allow for a unified player - i.e., what you see on mobile is the same on desktop.
I don't have an ETA on that feature yet, but as soon as we've got more information to share we'll let folks know!
