Ah! I see what you mean. Unfortunately, I have no advice for you there. I'll be interested to see what the solution is. My only solution at this point is to re-record.
If you'd like to share that slide from your .story file here we're also happy to take a look. If you don't see it as a part of a trigger, did you look to see if it set up as a '"question" slide and if you can edit the element there?
You can post a file using the "Add Attachment" button at the bottom of the reply window to have it appear as a part of your response for staff and community members to take a look at.

If you're doing a screencast (Try or test mode), then it should be with the trigger:
You should be able to double click the trigger and edit the action you want the user to take.

I created 26 slides in test mode. One attempt each. There are no Play Media triggers on any of the slides.
I also don't use the submit buttons. So with no triggers - I don't even know how the slides are advancing after clicking on the hotspots.
But I still need to change the click to a left one. Hmmmm....
