Where is the character folder

Hi Herb,

You won't be able to add characters (or custom shapes, images, etc.) to the Storyline "insert" tab to include them automatically. If you have external images and elements you can choose to insert them as a standard image but they won't be a part of the built in options available to you.

It's something I've heard discussed before though, so please feel free to share your thoughts in the form of a feature request as well. 

Thanks for the quick response. I thought that might be the case. It's
unfortunate because strictly from the convenience standpoint it would be
helpful. Especially since they're the same images provided if you purchase
them.

If you've purchased our characters here those will be accessible to you as a part of the Insert tab - but if you've bought characters through another site or provider, we can't offer support for them on the insert tab. 

C:/File Programs/Common Files/Articulate/Characters

But remember: Articulate can't offer support for them if you crash something 

Just placing them in there won't crash anything, but it won't work either.
