Hi Wendy, thanks for responding. I'm trying to make the caption text larger. When you upload a .srt caption file to go with a video, the captions appear in a little box at the bottom of the screen. I don't see how I can move the box, so I've given up on that, but I'd like to make the text bigger.

Hi David I've just had a crack at inserting captions in SL360 and you're right there is only formatting options to select not font type or size in that tab but you can increase them by using the method I suggested above which is the player font size -

here is excerpt from the tutorial

Not sure if this helps you though

Its good, I already did that and it changes all of the fonts. There was a mention of changing the captions font here: https://community.articulate.com/series/74/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-change-player-colors-font-size

But under the change the captions font it said:

Want to change the appearance of your closed captions? Just select a different font from the Captions font drop-down list.

The captions font is supported in the standard desktop player and the responsive mobile player.

I couldn't find the Captions font drop down list.

It leads me to conclude that support from captions in SL360 is there but limited. What's there does work well though.

Hi Monika,

The location of the captions are a part of the player and there is no standard way to adjust this setting.

You mention that you would like this closer to the bottom. It's at the bottom now, close to the Seekbar, so not sure what you're needing for your design.

You can certainly share your idea and use-case with our team here.
