I am starting a project that contains recorded video clips with audio, PowerPoint slides, and quizzing throughout the presentation. Does anyone have a recommendation for which of the Articulate Programs I would be best to use?
I am new to Articulate, I apologize if this is an obvious questions. Thank you E-Learning Heroes!
What about beyond this project? Might you ever have a need to branch slides (have a learner select an option, see what happens, and continue down that path) or use variables (when the learner does THIS, do THAT)?
I'm partial to Storyline, since it allows me to create anything I can dream up. But, it's good to know what your future projects might consist of, for the eLearning Heroes to help you here.
Thank you so much for the quick response! You have raised a great question.
There is a chance I would have to branch slides to see what happens when a
learner makes that choice. Typically, the project consists of a PowerPoint
template for the background with a video. Once the learner watches the
video, they take a one question quiz and see their response as compared to
other users' choices. It sounds like Storyline is the winner here.
You're welcome! Yes, if you think you may need branching, variables, etc. in the future, getting Storyline will ensure you're not limiting yourself and what you can create.
