We have published a course from Articulate Storyline 2 and uploaded it on our local LMS. While we are accessing the course from our LMS, the screen is not in a maximize state (it's not showing full screen). As a result, we are required to scroll down on every slide. What can be the reason for that?
Thanks a lot for the revert. I don't think that it's possible to share our .story file due to our local risk issues. But I will check the Browser size and the Player size and will let you know.
In the meantime, can you please suggest what should be the browser and the player size so that the e-learning can run on full screen when accessed on IE?
Hi Hasan. Can you try to have your player fill the browser window, and have the browser resize to fill screen?
If you are viewing in Internet Explorer, you're likely seeing the Flash based output. Both of those settings should work for you to cause the course to fill the screen on a desktop computer.
I will check the settings suggested by you and will update soon. Thanks a lot!

Hey Hasan-- I'm happy to help!
What browser settings and player size are you using? You can check by going to Player > Other :
You're also welcome to share your .story project file here so I can take a look! You can add it as an attachment right to a comment.
Thanks!
Hi Hasan
Are you having the same issues as me in Storyline 360?

Great Hasan, keep us posted!
Also just a quick note that replying via email attached your signature in the thread here. No worries though, here's how to remove it if desired.
