When previewing and publishing my project it shows whites stripes on both sides of the slides. This problem occured once I inserted a question bank. As soon a I delete my question bank, it works fine again. But I do need my question bank... See the attachement.
Thanks for you reply. I checked all the slides, but none of these boxes are checked... Would it help to start a new project and insert alle the slides? Or do you have any other ideas?
you could try creating a new player skin with a new name and applying that - if that doesn't work yes I would recommend doing as you say - create a new project file and import your slides in.

Looks like you have a player with no tabs selected however there may be tabs selected on individual slides giving you the stripes on each side.
Go into Story view and look at the slide properties for all your slides. One or more may have check marks in menu, notes or resources.

it could be a corrupt player.
you could try creating a new player skin with a new name and applying that - if that doesn't work yes I would recommend doing as you say - create a new project file and import your slides in.

I started a new project and imported the slides. Now it works fine. So I don't know what caused the problem, but it's solved!
