i've recently upgraded to SL3 with Rise but all (bar four) of my characters have a locked icon on them. I thought they were all enabled with my subscription. Am I missing something?
File attached below which shows the characters locked icons.
Storyline 3 - which is a stand alone perpetual Storyline license. (You'd be issued a serial number with this purchase).
