I have added a transcript for my course to the Notes page.
I have adjusted the Player Properties so that the Notes appear on the LHS of the screen. In Player Properties the notes are visible. However when I preview or publish my presentation, the Notes are missing.
Thanks for responding so quickly. I have done what you suggested but it hasn't fixed the problem. I have discovered the transcript appears for Scene 2, but is missing for Scene 1.
Any suggestions? I am trying to fix this for a presentation I am doing in an hour!!
I have imported into a new file. Want to hear something even weirder? Notes is ticked in the player. Appears as notes in the player. But when I Preview the scene the Notes tabe is replaced with a "Resources" tab! Work that one out!
Unfortunately it looks like I have run out of time for my presentation.
Is there a more secure way to send you the story file?
Just had a thought - you haven't renamed the labels to be custom by any chance? I just renamed the Resources tab -> Notes2 and that's how it displays now in the player

I've just tested in SL1 and SL2 and seems to be working fine for me.

Well that's weird behaviour if you can see it for one scene and not another.
Have you tried creating a new project file and then importing your story in?

Sounds like SL2 is corrupt and needs a repair - interesting that the links I sent first off haven't worked.
