hi Leslie! I ended up putting a ticket in and Angelo resolved it for me! He said, "After checking the Player settings, it appears that the colors in the color scheme of your player has been changed to white or blank. This is why we are only seeing the slide itself without the player border and built-in navigation"

I just realized I can see it on all other media except desktop.

Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
