This has been happening every day, most of the time twice a day. I try to insert something from the Content Library or do something really, really simple (like change a background color), then I get some kind of error message where there's a place to tell Articulate "what happened", then my layers section goes out. I can't see where to click in that area. I have to close out my file AND exit out of Storyline completely, then restart it. How can I keep this from happening? What am I doing wrong?
I've not seen that happen on the layers like that before. Sorry you've run into an issue with it.
Curious if this issue occurs in any course or if you've been working on the same course while experiencing this? If the same course, you may want to import into a new file.
If it's happening across courses within your software, I would advise a repair.
