I am pretty new to Storyline. In the media player, the user is prompted to click the next arrow to continue at the end of the timeline in each side. The next arrow lights up and the user can click it to advance to the next slide. However, the back arrow doesn't work. Not sure if I am missing something obvious.

Is it safe to assume that the screenshot of next/previous arrows *isn't* taken from the first slide of the course?
