From the error message it looks like you might need to open up a Word doc (any existing Word doc will do) go to the Review tab, click on Language/Language Preferences and confirm that French is one of the languages that appears in the top box and it's installed and enabled (I imagine it is, but check it anyway). If not, then add it. Save the doc and close it. Then close the storyline project, open it again and try to export to Word again. If it is installed and enabled then I am not sure why you are getting this error.
