After activating Storyline with your serial number you get the message: "You won´t have to activate again"- but you do after every upgrade! What if I loose hold of the serial number? Where do you suggest I keep it to be safe?
I read that you can get hold of the serial number when you´re inside the programme under Help/About Articulate Storyline, but if you happen to say yes to an upgrade before you´ve copied the serial number from there, this trick doesn´t work. :-(

It is a pain, but if you choose activate it should repopulate the field you shouldn't have to search for the serial number
I guess it is a way of making sure that the serial key is still active. But it is a pain.
