I found my problem - copied a slide that already had a very long length. But - I would still like to know the answer to my question.
Thanks!
Hi,
I am inserting a 5 minute video from a file into a slide.
Is there a faster way to move the timeline end back to the length of m video without dragging it? I have several short videos to insert into slides and it will take me extra time to adjust each slide the way I am doing it now.
There must be a quicker way to adjust the length of the slide's timeline, but it's not immediately obvious.
If there's only one way to adjust the slide's timeline (via the dragging method), I've found that it's much easier and quicker when you've completely zoomed on the timeline as far as possible.
I just wanted to welcome you to Heroes and the video Michael shared is a good method to adjust the timeline length. Also, there have been a few feature requests regarding ways to adjust the timeline length, so if you'd like to add your voice you can submit a request here.

One trick to shorten the timeline is described here.
