Does anyone have any insight as to why this would happen? We sent this out and it came back with numerous foreign characters on it. See attached. The receiving party claims they don't know how this happened nor how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
What version of Storyline was used to create the course? With your permission, we'd like to test the .story file to try and spot the culprit and will delete it after troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can upload the project privately to our Support team here.
