I don't have personal experience with those two Learning Management Systems (LMS), but I know that I've seen both mentioned here in the E-Learning Heroes Community. Hopefully those community members can chime in here!
Have you run into trouble with either of them? Are you able to test a Storyline course by uploading there? If you need to compare it or see how it would behave in a standard LMS environment you could test by uploading to SCORM Cloud. Directions are here on how to use this free standard.
Ah, totally understand Kathy. We don't keep data on the performance in individual Learning Management System's (LMS). There are just too many of them and it's an ever changing market!
I have seen lots of users here in the E-Learning Heroes community mention using both of those systems, so hopefully they're also able to chime in here.

Let me know if I can help with anything else!
Thanks, Ashley.
Actually, I'm not allowed to load course content in SCORM Cloud.
It seems that not many people have experience working in Saba Cloud and Oracle.
I thought that you might have data since you have been working with so many companies who are using Storyline products.
Thanks.
Kathy
Storyline Scores will work in saba and oracle LMS
