Attached is the screen grab. I always use these settings and the course opens in the window normally. Somehow, now it doesn't with the exact same settings. How can I remedy this?
When we migrated to Studio '13 we played with all the template controls and I can tell you that the choice of launching (Presenter) with the optimal selection checked caused bizarrely truncated windows. It's as if it think optimal = mobile device or something. We ended up ruling that out as a choice. Justin was obviously not looking at your screen capture that clearly showed that you were in the Articulate provided template option screen. You should update this thread with the details of what you went with.

Storyline cannot control how your LMS launches a browser pop-up. I would recommend checking with your LMS vendor for assistance with this issue.
