why can't I drag any objects in my courses on Win10 in the Edge Browser? My customer tolds me he can move objects only with a pen and not with the finger, but I can't drag them with pen or finger either... Same Drag & Drop questions works fine in Safari on a iPad.
Does anybody else got this problem? Is there a solution for it?
You may need to open a support case, this may be specific to the device because it is a touch enabled Windows device, have you tried using a mouse with the surface?
Thanks for sharing your case number! I had a look, and I can see Jonathan is working with the team to do some further testing on your file. You should hear back from him soon!

while testing we found out, that, that it doesn't work in Googles Chrome, too.
Which version of Storyline is this?
SL2
and it's HTML5 Content...
I thought that may be the case, the HTML5 content in SL2 is only supported in Chrome on PC and Safari/Chrome on Mac.
It is likely your issue is related to this, I am unaware of any work around apart from using SL3 or 360.
Thx PHil, but it doesn't work in Chrome, too.
The Content wasn't able to convert to SL360 :-/
see my other issues... :-(

It happens on all different Win10 devices.
When using the Mouse it works, as soon as I use the finger I can't move the object...
Okay, I will try to open a Support case!
thx again, Phil!
Hi Oliver! I agree with Phil--a support case is the way to go here!
After you open a case, be sure to let me know your case number so I can follow along. 🙂
