Windows Mobile Phone and Articulate 360

I am testing a piece of learning across a range of tablets and phones and all going great with the exception of a Windows mobile - is this a problem others have experienced?

This is not a supported viewing environment. We support:

Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 8 or later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 8 or later, Google Chrome in Android OS 4.1 or later
