Hey. I have websites with Articulate products in both the player.html (flash) and storyline.html (html5) formats. After last night's windows updates (March 12, 2014) - I can play either type file on Firefox or Chrome, but they WILL NOT play on Internet Explorer. Already had several complaints from clients this morning. Wondering if you have clout with Microsoft to get to the bottom of this.
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? I've heard some issues with IE11 (not specific to the Windows update)and that the users needed to update the Flash player associated with it as well to allow the course to play correctly.
Which version of windows you are using. Anyways you can still have an option to uninstall and that specific update for the time being. After that stop updates for some time. It may happen that microsoft community fixes that glitch after sometime and you can continue ahead.
This thread is a bit dated, so Windows 10 was not the culprit. Your link could help someone in the future that runs across this thread though, so thanks for sharing.
I think your updated windows does not support your old files. Check the compatibility of your files and updated them according to updated windows. For other windows 10 problems you can visit me or PM me.

Had someone with a 32 bit machine load the updates and causes no issues. Seems like it might be specific to 64 bit Windows 7.
