I installed a Microsoft update last night 04/26/2017) that required me to start Articulate Storyline by running it "as an administrator" and then reactivate it with my serial number. Now when I try to publish any course it doesn't publish any of the audio or video content and won't launch the course. Please help!
Sorry to hear you've run into this too - did you check that you're publishing locally as well?
Also, are you on the latest update of Storyline 2, Update 12? Go to the Help tab -> About Articulate Storyline to confirm. If you're not, I'd recommend updating and you'll again need to install the software with admin privileges and activate with your serial number.
How do I ensure I'm publishing locally? Also, it was after the most recent Storyline update that it stopped publishing, not Microsoft.

Publishing locally is typically your C: drive or your desktop. Not to a network, shared drive or other folder like the L: drive.
Also, looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it if you'd like - but there doesn't appear to be any confidential information there.
It appears that after I did the Storyline 2 update, it knocked out my saved C: folder. I've updated it and I'm rolling again. :)
Thanks for your patience!

Hi Betsy,
Sorry you've run into this! Are you publishing to your local hard drive (C:)? Also, which publishing format did you use--Web or LMS?
Hello, I am now having this issue where my Storyline 2 will not publish; just freezes. I am attempting to publish for an LMS.
