Case: Storyline presentation with 100 slides covering 8 sections. Section slide titles exactly the same, so had to condense the menu to 12 menu items with the bulk of slides hidden from menu.
Issue: If user logs out of course before completing (viewing all slides), it will not RESUME. Does not seem to be tracking properly.
What do I need to do to get it to track and resume properly?
I haven't heard of a scenario in which the Storyline course won't resume if the menu is collapsed, so I'd want to know a bit more about your set up and how you're testing this. I assume you've loaded it into an LMS - and if so, I'd suggest also testing the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM content. If the behavior persists at SCORM Cloud, please let us know. If not, you'll want to connect with your LMS team as they're your main resource for reporting and tracking issues.
