Word doc fonts to Storyline
Sep 14, 2020
I'm on the very frontend of learning how to develop content in Storyline360. I have a presentation that has been "storyboarded" in a Word doc. Each page of the Word doc has multiple font types and sizes. When I copy and paste a page to a Storyline slide, I lose all of my font types and sizes. I assumed that there would be a very basic video that would address this issue, but I cant seem to find it. Maybe I cant find a video that shows it being done because it cant be done, but I also cant find the concept addressed at all. So, do I have to manually reformat every Word doc letter/word/sentence for font type and size?

You can right click when pasting to keep source formatting not sure how successful that will be
This is what it looks like
That was partially successful. Thank you! Does Articulate not have the ability to display fonts that are outlined in a different color than the center of the font?
Fonts can only have a fill there is no stroke.
The top pic in the attachment is a direct snip from the Word doc. Middle pic is a snip of a copy (from Word doc) and paste (into Storyline) that loses the font outline that was in the Word doc. Bottom pic is a snip that was copied (the snip itself) and paste (into Storyline) that keeps the font outline but loses the Storyline background.
Am I missing an option?
No to get what you want you will have to insert as an image.
Thank you
