I tried to export a .word translation file from my storyline file and at the end of the export an error message appears. This is a quite urgent matter and I haven't got a clue of the solution to adopt.

Would you mind sharing which version of Storyline you are using and which version of Word you are using?
Also, have you tried the Exporting to XLIFF option too? If so, do you see the same error message?
