Thanks for reaching out here, sorry you're seeing this problem! If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, make sure to upload it to the environment for which it was published. For instance, if you were to Publish for Web you'll want to upload the published output to a web environment to properly test it.
If you're uploading your published course to it's intended environment and still seeing these issues with animations, would you mind sharing your .story file here so we can take a closer look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread.
