Im trying to create a quiz question in which all the answer options apply. for the correct response layer, i have added AND condition and for the incorrect response layer, i have applied the OR condition. but it is not working as expected. even if i select all options, it shows incorrect layer. please help!
They should be all OR conditions and if the checkbox is not = selected. You had an AND in the mix and if the state is normal - it's not recommended to use the NORMAL state in triggers - better to use the opposite of selected which is NOT selected.

your incorrect trigger conditions were not right.
