I am trying to set up reusable templates, but when I apply Master slide layouts to my main slides, the fonts change not just size but color and font...
Its driving me crazy.
I set all my my Master slides to one theme and one font. But it doesn't seem to matter.

I'm having the same issue. I have applied font and color to all slide masters, but this is not affecting existing slides. Even manually changing the slide format does not work. Each slide has the correct scheme selected, but the colors and fonts are the old theme. I am forced to manually adjust all content on all slides. VERY frustrating. I've even closed the project and reopened multiple times. Both font and color scheme is affected.
Thank you for these screenshots! Have you tried importing the original Storyline 360 course into a new project? If not, do you mind trying this and letting me know if the themes are rendered properly?
