Working with Quicktime movies

A few questions concerning quicktime - any feedback is greatly appreciated. 1. Is there a problem importing Quicktime with transparency? 2. Will the huge size of Quicktime movies affect the load times of a web based course? 3. Are there any known issues with MP4 files (as there are with FLV) when using online browsers to view courses? I have been searching on the Articulate site and Google for quite a while now for any reference to the first question and can't find anything and I want to be as certain as possible that whatever format I save in this time will have no problems.

1.I may be wrong, but I think Storyline only supports FLV Alpha Channel Transparency.
2.No, as they will all be converted to MP4
3.Yes, MP4 videos won't support transparency (at least in HTML5).
