One of our client has asked us whether it is possible to add interactive element (rotate in 306°) and make it work on Desktop and Ipad?
We know that, by using web object it is possible for Flash output but I’m sure it will not work on the Ipad. So please let us know if there is any other way around which will work on desktop and Ipad as well.
Thank you very much for your valuable time

Here is a example of a 3D-rotatable object in Storyline. The 3D animation was exported as a bitmap sequence, and then imported into custom states of an image object. It's been a while since I did this example, but I do remember testing it in the Mobile Player app on an iPad and it worked. Here is a blog post about it: http://blog.keypointlearn.com/2014/04/26/adding-3d-to-storyline/
