That is not currently a feature available within Storyline, but if you'd like to see it in new updates or versions can you share your thoughts with our product development team here?
When you add content to the Resources and Glossary tabs, add them to the Player's XML export file. Or, allow them to be exported to a CSV or text file to be imported into another Storyline file/player.
