Hello, I need to capture data and append them to a file on our server. We currently use a Perl script from HTML page to capture some demographics the student enters using radio buttons . I would like to capture the data in Storyline and transfer it to the same file -- either directly or by activating the perl script. Any ideas?
We don't officially support reporting data or variables to a database, or excel spreadsheet - but there are a number of community members who may be able to assist. In the meantime, I did want to share that there are some Javascript best practices outlined here.
Also, if you're having difficulty searching the forms, you may want to use the Articusearch site here as our forums searching feature is not consistent and we've reported that to our QA team.
