I was referring to the check-marks while reviewing Multiple choice questions. See attached printscreen - I would like to replace the second green check mark with red X (as that was the wrong answer given by user).
There isn't a built-in method for changing this option. However, there is a way that you can set this up using layers, shapes and triggers.
Here's an example of what you could do:
Now, keep in mind that in order for this to work, you'll need to disable shuffling for the answers in your question slide.
Here's how I did this:
Created a new layer called "X Marks the Spot" and placed a custom "X" for the incorrect response ("No.").
>> Make sure that "Hide Slide Layers" is not enabled for the Visibility options of that layer.
Created a new trigger on the base layer:
You can use this method for both incorrect and correct answers. Just make sure, again, that you have shuffling disabled and place the shape where you'd like it to show.
I'm also attaching the example .STORY file here, just in case you'd like to take a look.

Hi there Sebastjan and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Are you referring to the feedback bar along the bottom of the review?
If so, this article may help:

Hi,
thank you for your effort with making the Story.
Unfortunately - my questions need to be shuffled.. any other ideas?
regards,
s.
Hi S,
I'm afraid not, if your answers need to be shuffled the custom shape may not show up next to the answer you'd like to display as incorrect.
If you'd like additional options for this, I would recommend sending in a feature request.
In the meantime, perhaps some other community members can chime in with some suggestions.
Good luck with the project!
