One of students reported an issue shown on the printscreen. He's using IE 10. The glossary works well in other browsers but here's all messed up. Any idea what happened or how to fix it?
Hi there, Anna. Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like you're using the modern player, which means your output will be HTML5. Storyline 360 HTML5 output is supported for Internet Explorer 11.
He can try using a different browser, like Google Chrome. If you have lots of students who will be using older versions of Internet Explorer, consider using the classic player and publishing with HTML5/Flash backup.
